Join Emily Tevald for a 4 week restorative series as we settle into the quietude of winter. Winter is a time to settle in, nourish our roots and rest so that we are ready for spring when it comes.
In this series you will explore:
how to structure and organize poses well
how to use props for scaffolding and support
how to weave imagery, imagination and metaphor into your practice
how to incorporate pranayama into your restorative practice
Each day will include a conversation about theory, an extended restorative practice, and time for discussion
