About Me
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for over 10. I co-founded & ran Boston Yoga Union, Boston Magazine’s “Best of Boston, Yoga Studio, 2019,” and teach independently and privately in the Boston area. I lead teacher trainings, workshops and retreats and am so proud to see my students teaching all over the city and beyond.
Life can be hectic, demanding and full of change. A yoga practice is a constant thread we weave to live a more connected and engaged life, with ourselves and our communities.
