yoga is a practice we engage with for living a more joyful, creative & embodied life. the tools we develop on our mats are skills we take with us into the world. When we use practice to connect with ourselves, we gain more clarity to live with all our strengths and even our weaknesses as we move through the phases of our lives.

yoga is a practical magic and i am thrilled to engage in that dialogue with you.


i have been in the yoga world long enough to know that there will always be someone who can inspire you, and someone who can be inspired by you. most importantly, we all do better when we support each other and lift each other up.

i have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, am a yoga teacher, co-founded & ran Boston Yoga Union, Boston Magazine’s “Best of Boston, Yoga Studio, 2019,” and teach independently and privately in the Boston area. I lead teacher trainings and retreats and am so proud to see my students teaching all over the city and beyond
